Our Code of Conduct defines the standards and principles that guide how we work. It provides a clear framework for ethical behaviour, professional conduct, sound decision-making and accountability across the Adjutor Group.
Our leadership is committed to strong corporate governance, with our CEO being a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) since 2010.

Statutory Compliance
The Adjutor Group operates through privately owned companies registered in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong:
- Adjutor Healthcare Pty Ltd is registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
- Adjutor Healthcare (NZ) Limited is registered with the New Zealand Companies Office.
- Adjutor Healthcare (HK) Limited is registered with the Companies Registry in Hong Kong.
Our Directors and officeholders oversee compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements applicable in each jurisdiction. This is supported by established governance arrangements, including internal policies and procedures, defined delegations of authority, and quality and risk management systems.
These frameworks provide clear accountability and support consistent, compliant and responsible business practices across the Adjutor Group.
We recognise that the work we do has an impact beyond our business. We are committed to responsible and ethical business practices and expect the same standards from the clients, partners and suppliers with whom we work.
We support the protection of human rights and seek to prevent practices including modern slavery, child labour, exploitation and discrimination throughout our operations and business relationships.

We maintain policies, procedures and contractual safeguards designed to ensure that personal information is collected, used, stored and protected in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
IT Security and Cybersecurity
Adjutor Group maintains a comprehensive approach to IT security and cybersecurity to protect our systems, information and client data. Our framework includes defined policies and procedures, access and security controls, ongoing staff training, and multiple layers of technical and organisational safeguards designed to prevent, detect and respond to security threats.
Debarment and Regulatory Compliance
Adjutor Group maintains compliance processes designed to ensure that the Group, its employees, contractors, agents and relevant suppliers are not debarred, disqualified or otherwise prohibited from undertaking regulated activities by the FDA or other applicable regulatory authorities.
Our compliance and vendor management processes include appropriate checks and ongoing obligations relating to debarment, disqualification and other regulatory restrictions.
