The Roles:
Due to business expansion, we’re seeking additional, talented individuals to join our collaborative, high-performing team as Regulatory Affairs Associate / Senior Associate.
These roles offer the chance to gain diverse experience working closely with a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants across multiple clients, markets, products and regulatory pathways.
These are not entry-level positions. We are seeking Associates with 3-5 years’ of hands- on experience and above.
Closing Date: 31st September 2025:

What You Bring: Qualifications / Experience / Skills
- Degree qualified in life sciences or a related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
- High attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Consulting experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in Australian regulatory affairs, particularly TGA submissions (Cat 1s, Cat 3s, ODDs).
- Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with the team.
- Committed to excellence and client-focused outcomes.
