Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Associate / Senior Associate

Location: Australia (Remote – Flexible)

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Type: Full Time

Due to business expansion, we’re seeking additional, talented individuals to join our collaborative, high-performing team as Regulatory Affairs Associate / Senior Associate.

These roles offer the chance to gain diverse experience working closely with a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants across multiple clients, markets, products and regulatory pathways.

These are not entry-level positions. We are seeking Associates with 3-5 years’ of hands- on experience and above.

  • Degree qualified in life sciences or a related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
  • High attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Consulting experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in Australian regulatory affairs, particularly TGA submissions (Cat 1s, Cat 3s, ODDs).
  • Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with the team.
  • Committed to excellence and client-focused outcomes.
Adjutor COO Deb Cooper has extensive experience in global regulatory affairs consulting roles, including more than 5 years leading the regulatory affairs, medical devices and pharmacovigilance divisions within ARCS Australia Ltd.
