2025 A Year in Review

2025 A Year in Review. A chance to reflect on our achievements, growth, and the incredible progress we’ve made together this year.

Celebrating the Successes of 2025

As another year comes to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on the achievements, milestones and moments that have shaped us. 2025 has been transformative and filled with milestones that have strengthened The Adjutor Group and positioned us for even greater success heading into 2026.

As we look back on the past year at The Adjutor Group, we’re proud to reaffirm what drives us: helping life-science innovators, especially smaller and medium-sized enterprises, turn ideas into real medicines, devices, and therapies that can improve lives.

From early-stage development and clinical trials to regulatory approval and global commercialisation, we work in partnership with our clients as an extension of their team.

The Adjutor Group is known for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, grounded in a set of core principles. This year has underscored that mission, and set the stage for even greater impact ahead. More than a service provider, we operate as your strategic partner.

Please note that all Adjutor offices will be closed for the holidays from COB on 23 December, reopening on 05 January 2026. Best wishes to all our clients, colleagues and friends for a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

This has been a transformative year for Adjutor, becoming a group of companies providing additional services to new and existing clients. We’ve had a mini restructure when spinning out Adjutor Clinical and hired the wonderful Kim Mitchell as Head of Clinical, and the talented Rama Gitifar as Head of Development, Regulatory and Commercialisation (DRC). Deb Cooper is now only wearing one hat, COO.

We’ve travelled, transformed, innovated, and made a real difference to companies on their product development and commercialisation journeys.

While the international landscape remains uncertain, our experience is that those who want to make a difference, keep doing just that. We don’t wait for things to “settle down”, we keep moving forward with initiative and resilience. The Adjutor Group is proudly entering another strong growth phase, with scalable, secure systems, and a strong talent pool in our Operations and Business Development functions.

We’re looking forward to 2026 with great excitement about what we can achieve for our clients, and for patients who so badly need access to new therapies, through clinical trials and approved products coming to market.

I wish friends and colleagues, both old and new, a very happy and safe Christmas holiday break.

In September 2025, Adjutor joined the delegation led by the Lord Mayor of Melbourne, to China and Japan to strengthen economic, cultural, and innovation ties with key Asian cities, including Tianjin, Chengdu, Nanjing, Osaka, and Tokyo.

Each city demonstrated unique capabilities, Tianjin’s large-scale biomedical manufacturing, Chengdu’s growing life-sciences and clinical research ecosystem (and the Giant pandas), Nanjing’s strong academic and biotech research base, Osaka’s established pharmaceutical and regenerative medicine industries, and Tokyo’s leadership in digital health and advanced medical technologies.

The mission focused on trade, investment, sustainability, urban design, and knowledge exchange, and marked the 45th anniversary of Melbourne’s sister-city relationship with Tianjin, a milestone we were proud to help celebrate.

This visit has reinforced our understanding of the local landscape and strengthened the connections that matter. We return better equipped and inspired to support our clients with meaningful on-the-ground insight.

Building on a strong year in 2024, our local engagement efforts have continued to deepen relationships across industry, government, and partners.
