Kim Mitchell

Kim Mitchell is the Head of Clinical at The Adjutor Group with more than 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.

She began her career working in a busy Intensive Care Unit in New York City before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, driven by her passion for advancing health outcomes through innovation and research.
 
With vast international experience across both pharmaceutical and biotech organisations, Kim has successfully led teams and initiatives in North America, United Kingdom, Asia, South America and now Australia and New Zealand. Kim has held multiple senior leadership positions, including serving as a member of an APAC Clinical Operations Leadership Team, where she was instrumental in shaping operational strategy and driving excellence in study delivery.
 
Throughout her career, Kim has led the execution of hundreds of industry-sponsored trials across Phases I–IV, as well as investigator-sponsored research. She brings extensive therapeutic area expertise and a deep understanding of global clinical development.
