ASIC Code of Conduct

Adjutor Healthcare Pty Ltd is privately owned company, registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commissions (ASIC). Company officeholders ensure that the company complies with the statutory and legislative requirements as set out in the Corporations Act 2001. Adjutor Healthcare (NZ) Limited is a privately owned company registered under the Companies Act 1993. Company officeholders ensure that the company complies with the statutory and legislative requirements as set out in the Companies Act. Our CEO and COO are both graduate members of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Social and Environmental

The human impact of the work we do is important to us and so we work closely with our partners and clients to prevent all types of human rights breaches including but not limited to Child Labour, Modern Slavery and Discrimination. We are also aware of our environmental footprint and have policies to reduce waste and energy consumption within Adjutor Healthcare focusing on sustainability initatives.

Adjutor Healthcare takes IT security very seriously. We have implemented policies and procedures, regular IT security training and multiple levels of IT security.

Adjutor Healthcare ensures that neither it, nor any of its respective employees, agents, or suppliers have been debarred, disqualified, or banned by the FDA or is under investigation by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory authority outside the U.S. for debarment, disqualification, or any similar regulatory action.
